Marketing Coordinator (Part Time)

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to create, manage, and assess our online presence, driving brand recognition and expanding our reach across the most impactful platforms. This role requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as the position evolves. The person in this role will be essential in enhancing our digital footprint, engaging both current and potential clients, and supporting the team’s broader marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and drive leads.
Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, while maintaining a consistent voice and brand identity.
Content Creation: Develop original, compelling digital content (text, images, videos) for social media posts, blogs, and email campaigns. Produce graphics that capture attention and resonate with target audiences.
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and comments. Cultivate a community of engaged prospects, clients, and partners.
SEO and SEM: Support the SEO strategy by creating and optimizing website content, blogs, and landing pages to improve organic search rankings. Assist with paid search (PPC and Facebook Ads) campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other social media analytics platforms. Provide insights for continuous improvement.
CRM Management and Optimization: Manage the CRM system, ensuring seamless integration of CRM tools with marketing campaigns and lead management. This includes maintaining accurate client records, segmenting leads, tracking interactions, automating follow-up processes, and analyzing data to improve lead conversion and client retention.
Email Marketing: Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns to engage potential buyers and sellers, promote new listings, and nurture leads. Maintain and update email lists and segmentation.
Real Estate Market Trends: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, local market dynamics, and competitor activity to keep the marketing content fresh, relevant, and aligned with current industry developments.
Event Promotion: Collaborate with the team to promote company events via social media and digital marketing channels.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with video content creation and editing for platforms like YouTube and Instagram Stories.
Proficiency in CRM platforms is preferred.
Knowledge of email marketing strategies and experience with email marketing tools.
Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communicator and collaborator, both with internal teams and external partners.
Passionate about real estate and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected Hours: 8-10 hours per week
